On behalf of the MASITE Board and the Annual Meeting Planning Committee, welcome to Bear Creek Mountain Resort! We are so excited to enjoy this beautiful, rustic property with you all. We have lots of interactive events lined up from a facilities tour, a technical workshop, a welcome reception including traffic-themed “MINGO” (music bingo), a campfire with s’mores, a diverse technical program, and two incredible keynote speakers.

We would like to thank our dedicated and creative planning committee who has helped bring this vision to fruition. We are continually impressed by their commitment and diligence. We’d also like to thank the MASITE Board for their unwavering support and dedication.
